  • 1 Pint Grape Tomatoes (halved)
  • ¼ Cup White Wine (dry)
  • ½ Cup Basil (fresh)(finely chopped)
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice (fresh)
  • ½ Tsp Lemon Zest
  • ½ Tsp Salt (to taste)
  • 1 Tsp Sugar
  • ¼ Tsp Black Pepper (to taste)
  • 4 oz Feta Cheese (crumbled)
