Delicious with my alterations! I used unsweetened plant-based almond yogurt and unsweetened almond milk so mine needed more sweetener. I added two dates for half the recipe and some sweetened vanilla protein powder. I added chopped Brazil nuts not almonds, and the texture was very nice.
