This is way too juicy. I went right by the recipe and there’s way too much liquid after cooking the allotted time and chicken thighs were not done. Cooked additional 30 minutes at 400 degrees instead of 350. Also there wasn’t enough rub for 8 pieces of chicken. It’s frustrating when you spend so much preparation on a dish to not turn out right.
