I always thought that NOTHING was going to beat my original recipe for a Coffee Smoothie. Until… I put peanut butter in it… this changes the game! Trust me, this little addition made a huge difference. Bring it in a to-go mug to kickstart your day in the best way possible!

INSTRUCTIONS TO MAKE A MOCHA MATCHA SMOOTHIE?

  • Add all the ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth. If you are using fresh fruit instead of frozen make sure you add ice.
  • If it’s too thick, add a little more milk, a tablespoon at a time, and blend until combined.
  • If it’s too thin, add a couple of ice cubes and blend until combined.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately. 

HOW TO STORE SMOOTHIES

Smoothies are the perfect meal replacement. They can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and it’s a great way to have breakfast or snack ready in the refrigerator.

  • Store smoothies in an airtight glass container secured with a lid in the refrigerator for 3 days. 
  • Smoothies can also be frozen into popsicles. They are perfect on a hot summer day.

  • 2 Tsp Matcha Powder (green tea)
  • 2 Tsp Honey (vegan option) (2) Medjool Dates
  • 2 Cups Coconut Milk (choose your favorite)
  • 2 Tsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Cup Crushed Ice (optional if using fresh fruit)
  • 2 Tsp Chia Seeds or Flax Seeds (optional)
