This breakfast smoothie has banana, unsweetened cocoa powder, and matcha to help wake you up with a jolt of caffeine. Most of us are looking for ways to keep our weight in check and there’s no better way to start your day than a glass full of nutrients that are good for you and taste good!

- 2 Bananas (frozen)
- 2 Tsp Peanut Butter
- 2 Tsp Matcha Powder (green tea)
- 2 Tsp Honey (vegan option) (2) Medjool Dates
- 2 Cups Coconut Milk (choose your favorite)
- 2 Tsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1 Cup Crushed Ice (optional if using fresh fruit)
- 2 Tsp Chia Seeds or Flax Seeds (optional)
Add all the ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth. If you are using fresh fruit instead of frozen make sure you add ice. If it’s too thick, add a little more milk, a tablespoon at a time, and blend until combined.
If it’s too thin, add a couple of ice cubes and blend until combined.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
