WHAT DO YOU SERVE WITH TACO SOUP?
If you are trying to keep your diet Keto then crusty french bread probably won’t be your best option. However, if you are not keto french bread is the perfect pairing for this rich, luscious soup. HOW DO YOU STORE AND REHEAT LEFTOVERS?
This Keto Creamy Taco Soup will last up to 4 days in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It tastes even better the next day! To reheat you can reheat it on the stove for 5-10 minutes or you can microwave it for 2 minutes in a microwave-safe bowl.
CAN YOU FREEZE TACO SOUP?
- Yes. Let the soup fully cool, then package it into freezer containers that have about one inch of head space to allow for expansion as the soup freezes.
- To reheat, thaw the soup in the fridge, then reheat at a low temperature. Heating the soup on low ensures the dairy products (cream cheese) don’t curdle. Curdling is always a danger when freezing and reheating dairy products.
