- 3 lbs. Chicken Breasts (cubed) (boneless and skinless)
- 2 Tbsp Avocado Oil or Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Paprika
- 2 Tsp Dried Oregano
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tsp Onion Powder
- 1 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1 Tsp Kosher Salt
- ¼ Tsp Cayenne Pepper
- ½ Cup Parmesan Cheese
Start by cubing the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. Pat dry any moisture on the chicken with a paper towel.
In a bowl, combine the brown sugar, paprika, dried oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, kosher salt, and cayenne pepper to create the spice blend.
