  • 2 Tsp Chia Seeds or Hemp Hearts
  • 2 Cups Milk of Your Choice
  • ½ Cup Greek Yogurt
  • 2` Tsp Honey or 3 Medjool Dates (vegan)
  • 1 Cup Vanilla Protein Powder Optional

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a professional blender.
  • Blend all the ingredients until completely smooth (45 seconds).
  • Add more milk to thin out the consistency if it is too thick.
