- 2 Large Banana Ripe and Frozen
- 2 Cups Blueberries Frozen
- 2 Tsp Chia Seeds or Hemp Hearts
- 2 Cups Milk of Your Choice
- ½ Cup Greek Yogurt
- 2` Tsp Honey or 3 Medjool Dates (vegan)
- 1 Cup Vanilla Protein Powder Optional
Add all ingredients into a professional blender.
Blend all the ingredients until completely smooth (45 seconds).
Add more milk to thin out the consistency if it is too thick.
