Peach Syrup Ingredients:
- 3 lb Peaches (peeled and chopped)
- 4 cups water
- 1 cup Sugar
Other Ingredients:
- 1 cup Lemon Juice
- 6 cups Water
- Mint (optional)

Prepare the Peach Syrup:

Strain: Remove the saucepan from heat and let it cool slightly. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a large bowl or pitcher, pressing the peaches to extract as much liquid as possible. Discard the solids.
Cool: Allow the peach syrup to cool completely in the refrigerator.
