- 2 Pounds Brussels Sprouts Fresh(cleaned and chopped)
- 1 Pound Bacon (pre-cooked and crumbled)
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Bacon Greased(reserved from frying earlier)
- ½ Cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Drizzle Balsamic Vinegar
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
Pre-cook the bacon until crispy. Let cook on a paper towel and crumble. Set this aside for later.
Wash and shred/chop your Brussels Sprouts.
Melt the butter and bacon grease in the dutch oven on medium heat.
Add the Brussels Sprouts and saute until they begin to soften.
Add the bacon to the pan stirring well.
Add the parmesan cheese and garlic powder to the pan.
Drizzle Balsamic Vinegar and add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve immediately.
