Can you think of a more delicious pairing than pizza and pasta on one plate? I definitely can not! This Easy Pizza Tortellini Skillet is a hearty and super delicious recipe! Of course, my kids love this one. Cheese-filled tortellini covered in marinara sauce with pepperoni and mozzarella cheese is heaven! This recipe comes together quickly on those busy weeknights. I also love that it cooks in one skillet and is ready in about 30 minutes!

- 1 lbs. Ground Beef (80% Lean)
- 1 Cup Onion (chopped)
- 1 Tsp Garlic (minced)
- 1 Tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
- (1) 24oz Marinara Sauce
- 4 oz Cream Cheese (1/2 Brick)
- (1) 19oz Bag Frozen Tortellini
- 20 Pepperoni Slices (cut in half)
- 1 Brick Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
Cook the Beef: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up into small crumbles, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
Add Aromatics: Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet with the beef. Cook until the onions are softened and translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
Season: Stir in the Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 1 minute, allowing the spices to meld with the meat and aromatics.
Add Sauce: Pour in the marinara sauce, stirring well to combine with the beef mixture. Bring the sauce to a simmer.
Incorporate Cream Cheese: Cut the cream cheese into smaller chunks and add them to the skillet. Stir until the cream cheese is fully melted and integrated into the sauce, creating a creamy texture.
