- 1 Cup Sugar

- ½ Cup Sour Cream
- 1 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1 Tsp Baking Soda
- 1 Tsp Cinnamon
- 2 Cups Flour
- ¼ Tsp Salt
Cream Cheese Swirl:
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese (room temperature)
- 1 Egg
- ¼ Cup Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Flour
Cinnamon Crumble Topping:
- ⅓ Cup Flour
- ⅓ Cup Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Butter melted
- 1 Tsp Cinnamon
Prepare the Banana Bread Batter:
In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas using a fork until smooth.
Add the sugar, vanilla extract, eggs, melted butter, and sour cream to the mashed bananas. Stir well to combine.
