  • 2 Persian Cucumbers (diced)
  • 1 Red Onion (sliced thin)
  • ¼ cup Feta Cheese (crumbled)
  • ¼ cup Pistachios (roasted)

Lime-Mint Yogurt Dressing

  • 1 Lime (juiced)
  • 1 Lime Zest
