- 24 oz Brussels Sprouts Fresh (cleaned and halved)
- 5 Slices Bacon (fried and chopped)
- 1/2 Cup Parmesan Fresh (shredded)
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Hungarian Paprika
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/3 Cup Olive Oil or Butter, or Bacon Grease
Begin by washing the Brussels sprouts and trimming the ends, removing the outer leaves, and cutting them in half.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Pour the butter, olive oil, or bacon grease into the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish.
Sprinkle the bottom of the baking dish with the parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and paprika.
Arrange the Brussels sprouts on the bottom of the pan in a flat and even layer.
Brush the tops of the Brussels sprouts with additional oil and sprinkle the bacon bits on top. Sprinkle with extra garlic powder, salt, and pepper on top.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until the Brussels sprouts are fork-tender.
Serve immediately.
