The combination of carrots, garlic, honey, and butter brings the sweetness you want without the guilt. This is a perfect recipe to add to any meal, but it's especially great for a holiday gathering.

- 1 Pound Carrots
- 1/2 Stick Unsalted Butter
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 3 Cloves Garlic (minced)
- ½ tbsp Salt (to taste)
- ½ tbsp Pepper (to taste)
- ½ tbsp Parsley (garnish)
To begin clean one pound carrots and chop each carrot stick into six pieces long ways.
Line a glass casserole dish with some foil. Grease it with non-stick cooking spray.
Preheat your oven to 400 degree F.
Arrange the carrots in the bottom of the casserole dish and season with salt and pepper.
In a glass measuring cup add the butter, garlic, and honey. Microwave for one minute until the butter has melted.
Pour the butter, garlic, and honey mixture over the carrots and toss.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until the carrots are to your desired tenderness.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately. Enjoy with your favorite protein.
