Honey Garlic Sticky Chicken

- 8 Pieces Chicken Bone-in or Boneless
Marinate (3-4 Hours or Overnight)
- 1/2 cup Rice Vinegar
- 1/4 cup Sesame Oil Toasted
- 1/3 cup Soy Sauce
- 5 tablespoons Honey
- 2 tablespoons Ginger Minced
- 6 cloves Garlic
- 2 tablespoons Chili Garlic Sauce Asian
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
Prepare the marinade to combine the white wine vinegar, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, Asian chili garlic sauce, and toasted sesame oil. I use my Cuisinart Mini-Prep food chopper to make the marinade. I find this is the easiest way to go I just dump everything together and push the button and bam it's all combined.
Put chicken and marinade in a zip lock back and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Foil line a baking dish (for easy clean up) and the chicken in the baking dish.
Pour the remaining marinade into a saucepan and reduce for 10 minutes while the chicken is also in the oven for 30 minutes.
Pull the pan out of the oven and baste the chicken in the reduced marinade
Then place the pan back in the oven for another 10 minutes. Watch it carefully so the chicken doesn't burn and if it darkens too much cover it with a piece of foil for the last few minutes.
