Chicken Marinade
- 2 Pounds Chicken Legs (use your favorite legs and thighs)
- 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
- 1 Lemon (squeezed)
- 6 Cloves Garlic (minced)
- 4 Tsp Honey
- 2 Tsp Onion Powder
- 1 Tsp Dried Oregano
- 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1/4 Tsp Pepper
- 1/2 Tsp Red Chili Flakes
Honey Garlic Parmesan Glaze
- 1/2 Stick Butter (melted)
- 2 Cloves Garlic (minced)
- 2 Tsp Honey
- 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)
Combine all of the ingredients for the marinade. Place the chicken in a large resealable bag and pour in the marinade. Massage the marinade in the chicken to make sure all of the chicken gets coated. Place in the fridge overnight for the best flavor but 3-4 hours would be enough if you were short on time.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Place the chicken on a foil-lined baking dish and bake for approximately 35-40 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temp of 165 degrees.
While the chicken is baking prepare the glaze. Combine the melted butter, minced garlic, honey, and parmesan cheese.
While the chicken is still warm from the oven brush on the glaze. Serve immediately.
