- 2 Pounds Ground Beef
- 1 small Onion
- 1/2 Green Pepper
- 4 oz Tomato Paste
- 2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 tsp Chili Powder
- 2 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 Can Diced Tomatoes Optional
Chop up the Onions and Pepper and add them to a hot skillet with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Once the onions and peppers begin to soften add the ground beef.
Once the onions, pepper, and beef are browned. Add all remaining ingredients including the tomato paste, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, and chili powder. Stir everything together. Optional: Diced Tomatoes
Continue to simmer on low for 15 minutes for the flavor to blend together.
