  • 5 Quart Dutch Oven

Ingredients

  • 2 Pounds Ground Beef
  • 1 small Onion
  • 1/2 Green Pepper
  • 4 oz Tomato Paste
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tsp Chili Powder
  • 2 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Can Diced Tomatoes Optional

Instructions

  • Chop up the Onions and Pepper and add them to a hot skillet with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
  • Once the onions and peppers begin to soften add the ground beef.
  • Once the onions, pepper, and beef are browned. Add all remaining ingredients including the tomato paste, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, and chili powder. Stir everything together. Optional: Diced Tomatoes
  • Continue to simmer on low for 15 minutes for the flavor to blend together.
