  • 1 Cup Almond milk or any milk that You preffer
  • 1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 Orange
  • 1/2 Apple peeled and chopped
  • 2 Banana frozen
  • 2 Tbsp Hemp Seed or Flaxseed or Chia Seeds
  • 1 Tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Tsp Honey or (2) Pitted Medjool Dates (vegan option)

Instructions

  • Start by blending together the canned pumpkin, yogurt, banana, apple, orange
  • Add in the spices hemp seed, vanilla extract, and sweetener (options include: honey, agave, stevia, Medjool dates, or monk fruit), and adjust the sweetness to your preferred taste. This is where you can be creative - want a little extra cinnamon kick? Go for it add more!
  • Pour in your chosen milk to achieve your desired consistency. Some like it thick and creamy, while others prefer a lighter, more drinkable texture.
