- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Tsp Salt
- ½ Tsp Black Ground Pepper
- ½ Tsp Thyme (dried)
- ¼ Cup Worcestershire Sauce
- ½ Cup Chicken Stock
- 1 Tsp Tomato Paste
- 3 lbs. Ground Turkey
- 1 Cup Bread Crumbs
- 2 Eggs (beaten)
- ½ Cup Ketchup
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees f. Line a baking sheet or loaf pan with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
Sauté the onion: Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, 1 teaspoon of salt, ½ teaspoon of black pepper, and ½ teaspoon of dried thyme. Cook until the onion is softened, about 5 minutes, then stir in the tomato paste and cook for 1 minute.
