For The Kale Apple Slaw:

- ½ Red Onion (sliced)

- 1 Apple (sliced thin)
- ½ cup Sunflower Seeds (any nut you prefer)
Prepare the Dressing: Combine Bee Free Honey, Dijon mustard, garlic, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper in the Cuisinart Mini-Prep or immersion blender to emulsify the dressing ingredients. Add the red onion to the dressing and soak while you prepare the rest of the ingredients.
Combine the Ingredients: Place kale, shredded carrots, sliced red cabbage, and sliced apples in a large mixing bowl.
