Maple Mustard Baked Chicken is seriously the easiest, tastiest dinner ever made. It’s one of my absolute favorite quick, simple dinners to make. I love this chicken because it’s made in one pan, which means minimal clean-up. It also has the most delicious maple and mustard marinade is legit and I want to put on everything because I think you’ll love it!
INGREDIENTS TO PREPARE MAPLE MUSTARD BAKED CHICKEN:
HOW DO YOU PREPARE MAPLE MUSTARD BAKED CHICKEN?
In a small bowl, combine the mustard, maple syrup, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper. Place the chicken into a zip lock bag and pour the marinade into the bag. Marinade the chicken for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator but overnight would be best.
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Place the chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 30-40 minutes or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165 degrees F. Using a meat thermometer will ensure you do not overbake and dry out the meat

Yes, this can absolutely be frozen. It’s recommended that once the chicken is marinating in the zip lock bag this is the best time to freeze. Label the bag and freeze it for up to three months. When ready to bake defrost in the refrigerator.
