- 16 oz Cheese Tortellini Package Frozen
- 1 Pound Ground Beef
- 1 can Diced tomatoes
- 6 oz Tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp Garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Onion powder
- 2 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese Shredded
Fill a medium saucepan with water and bring to a boil. Add the tortellini and cook to the pack specification. Drain the pasta and set aside.
Brown the ground beef in a large skillet.
Add garlic powder, onion powder, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, and tortellini to the skillet and combine well.
Reduce the heat, bring to a simmer, partially cover the skillet, and cook for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle the cheddar cheese evenly and let it melt. Taste for seasoning and add additional salt and pepper if necessary. Serve immediately.
