INGREDIENTS YOU’LL NEED TO MAKE IT

  • Canned Pumpkin Puree – Unsweetened pumpkin puree either canned or fresh/homemade.
  • Almond Milk – Choose your favorite milk variety. Regular milk, Almond milk, Coconut milk, Oat milk, etc. The higher the fat content of the variety you choose, the creamier it will be. 
  • Greek Yogurt –  Use full-fat, creamy Greek yogurt or vanilla Greek yogurt. You can choose your favorite, or use a dairy-free version.
  • Orange
  • Apple
  • Banana – Using a frozen banana makes a thick and creamy smoothie.
  • Hemp Seed Hearts/Flaxseed/Chia Seeds
  • Pumpkin Pie Spice – Use store-bought or make your own homemade version.
  • Vanilla Extract – You can use vanilla bean seeds or vanilla bean paste if you don’t have extract.
  • Honey or Pitted Medjool Dates – There are so many sweetener options both with sugar and sugar-free options.

How to make A pumpkin pie smoothie?

  1. Into the high-powered blender blend together the canned pumpkin, yogurt, banana, apple, orange
  2. Add in the spices hemp seed, vanilla extract, and sweetener (options include: honey, agave, stevia, Medjool dates, or monk fruit), and adjust the sweetness to your preferred taste. This is where you can be creative – want a little extra cinnamon kick? Go for it add more!
  3. Pour in your chosen milk to achieve your desired consistency. Some like it thick and creamy, while others prefer a lighter, more drinkable texture.
